FreeSpace® DS 40F loudspeakers deliver background and foreground music with fullness, notable presence and detail, as well as clear, natural sounding speech reproduction. These 40-watt loudspeakers can be easily flush mounted in ceilings up to 26 feet (8m) high. They are engineered with a single 4.5" (114.3mm) driver known for robustness and durability, and deliver full range performance from 80 Hz to 16 kHz. Clean, sleek styling visually blends into ceilings while providing exceptional acoustic presence, full bass and clear detail.
FreeSpace DS 40F loudspeakers are acoustically compatible with FreeSpace DS 40SE surface-mount loudspeakers and can be combined on the same loudspeaker line. The DS 40F can be installed quickly and simply due to its integrated mounting arms. This versatile design makes the DS 40F suitable for almost any ceiling installation: flush mounted above the ceiling, pendant mounted in open ceilings or installed in air handling (plenum) spaces. It meets numerous standards for combination music and evacuation systems around the world and is backed by a transferable limited warranty.
