As facilities such as large campus style real-estates and multi-level building get larger, the requirement to get voice communication and paging across long distances also increases. Power amplifiers must now be installed locally and within its zone of operation. Sending Audio and controlling amplifies remotely via network technology is now possible. Inter-M now offers Digital Networked controlled amplifiers and Audio transmission devices.

The DPA-4300M is a networked controlled power amplifier frame that holds 4 amplifiers delivering 300 watts of power each. Each amplifier has its own independent SMPS (Switch mode power supply) making them easily swappable without interrupting power to the other modules. Each amplifier has a power on/off switch allowing for unused amplifiers to be powered off for energy saving.

The DPA-4300M features dual AC & DC power operation. Normal power operation via the AC 117v or 220v electrical power input. Amplifier will switch automatically to DC24V battery backup supply input when AC power is interrupted.

Each amplifier module has 2 audio inputs. The Primary program input, PGM and Priority input, PRI. The primary regular broadcast program input, PGM is interrupted and over ridden by the Priority input, PRI, when a contact closure is received on the PRI select terminal. This is Ideal for Emergency message broadcasting applications.

A 3 position LOW CUT FILTER, at 20Hz, 200Hz, and 400Hz, helps to improve speech intelligibility.

Sleep mode

When in Sleep mode the amplifier is in low power mode. This mode save significant electrical consumption compared to leaving a device fully on and idle. The amplifier instantly turns full on when input signal is detect.

Remote monitoring and control of the amplifier can be performed via TCP/IP networking. Ideal for large facilities where multiple amplifies are installed and deployed. Existing building network infrastructure can easily be used eliminating the cost of installing a separate network.

Web-browser TCP/IP setup with DHCP and DDNS servers support. Easy factory reset, will restores the network card and amplifier configuration to factory default.
