OPERATION T12 is a large format Articulated Line Array speaker system, designed from the ground-up to achieve the smoothest frequency response, with a high SPL, for the most demanding sound reinforcement applications. 

The starting point for our engineers was our incredibly popular OP4924 Line Array speaker system, however, engineers are rarely satisfied, so our talented team went back to the drawing board and obsessed over every tiny detail. The results speak for themselves; the precision-moulded waveguides were completely redesigned to reduce the space between the source drivers, resulting in a noticeable improvement in coherence and performance at high frequencies.

One of the most critical aspects of a Line Array Speaker is to ensure a coherent phase alignment of all line source elements, which necessitated a re-design of our mid-range phase plug, that enabled us to achieve vastly improved coupling of the high and low frequency ranges. Furthermore, the unique V design was modified and shortened, and the position of the high and mid-range drivers was adjusted to improve phase coherency, and directivity. These optimisations allow the OPERATION T12 to work more efficiently by requiring much less power. 

Not satisfied with the usual range of high frequency compression drivers, our engineers tested many different designs to meet their high requirements, such as; excellent transient response that is naturally musical whilst maintaining sonic clarity, and greatly improved linearity at high frequencies. Utilising the latest transducer technology, our new neodymium compression drivers incorporate a 75 mm titanium diaphragm that perfectly matches the premium design philosophy of the new OPERATION series.
