The TURBOSOUND NuQ PRO NuQ115B is a compact 1,600 Watt single 15” front loaded subwoofer designed for use in a wide range of portable speech and music sound reinforcement applications. The NuQ115B is designed to work in conjunction with TURBOSOUND loudspeaker management systems, providing the optimum performance as well as offering considerable flexibility to readily adapt to varying venue requirements.
The NuQ115B features a double suspension 15" low frequency driver with inside/outside wound coil in an optimally tuned compact enclosure using a low distortion bass reflex port design for extended low frequency response. The cabinet is constructed from 18 mm (3/4”) birch plywood with a perforated steel mesh grille backed with reticulated foam and is finished in durable black semi matt or optional white textured paint. Heavy duty interlocking corner protectors are fitted to enable stable ground stacks, and recessed flush handles are provided for easy lifting and carrying.
An integral pole mount socket is fitted to the top of the enclosure to allow two-way cabinets to be mounted at the correct height above the subwoofer. Internal M10 rigging points are fitted on the sides, top and bottom to enable rigging in fixed installations. A rear panel connector plate carries two Neutrik speakON* NL4 connectors for input and link connections to additional enclosures. The NuQ115B can be fitted with optional heavy duty wheels to aid transportation.
